ANDY PERRY , LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Andy Perry has been the Senior Pastor of Gonzalez Methodist Church since July 1, 2022. He has served in ministry for over 30 years within the Methodist tradition.

Pastor Andy began his career as a youth director in Nashville, TN. In 1998 he became a full-time pastor in the Tennessee Annual Conference where he served the Pelham Charge, Morton Memorial United Methodist Church, and Adams United Methodist Church.

In 2007, he moved to the West Ohio Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, serving the Phillipsburg/Clayton Charge and Fletcher First United Methodist Church.

In 2017, he moved to the Alabama/West Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church where he served Bonifay First United Methodist Church, Greenville First United Methodist Church, finally becoming the pastor of Gonzalez Methodist Church.

Pastor Andy was ordained an Elder in the United Methodist Church in the West Ohio Conference and is now an ordained Elder in the Global Methodist Church.

Pastor Andy received a Bachelor of Science degree from Covenant College in Organizational Management, a Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology with an emphasis in Church Renewal and Revitalization from Liberty University.

Pastor Andy was also commissioned in the United States Army Reserves in 2008 as a Chaplain. He has deployed to the Middle East and continues to serve at Ft. Benning, Ga. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Wendi for over 30 years. They have two children and seven grandchildren.
